We got a leak in our kitchen that basically destroyed our kitchen. Our insurance adjuster came out and accessed the situation, then came back with a figure that was basically laughable at least. There was mold and the adjuster had their company dry it up. They ripped up our floor leaving a mess, we still saw mold, so I went on the Internet and called the second public adjuster that I saw, it was The Doyle company, I spoke with Tad, who took his time and listened to me. He promised that he would be at my home the next day at 9:00. . He was here exactly at 9:00. He went over everything with us and when he pulled out his meter to check that everything was dry like our adjuster promised the device beeped everywhere her went. He told us that most likely there was mold there too. After our talk with him and knowing the amount of money our insurance company was offering us, we knew we needed to hire Tad and fight this ridiculous offer from the company we paid for over 28 years to protect us. Tad protected us, not them. He got right on it and fought his best for us. We are currently putting in a new kitchen as soon as the cabinets arrive. I can’t say enough this company and their kindness and understanding while they were helping us. Before and after pictures will be posted just as soon as the kitchen is complete. Thank you just seems such a small word that we have for this company, they are top notch in my book. With this company you will feel like you made the right choice, and are fully protected!

My family had a catastrophic loss of a fire at our home. Even though we have excellent coverage for insurance, the insurance company obviously low balled the payout amount. Never having to have gone through this before, I thought that was said and done. However, Mr Doyle went in argued that amount with the insurance company. He got us more money, now we're able to make the repairs to our dwelling. He made this horrific nightmare of a process so easy on my family. It is and was the best money we've ever spent!

Tad and the Doyle team quickly resolved an insurance claim that stemmed from a contractor damaging our hard wood floors. We had tried to do the “right thing” and work directly with the contractor’s insurance and realized after many conversations they were taking limited ownership to make us whole for the damages incurred.Our biggest mistake was not engaging the Doyle team from day one!! Once Tad and the team were contacted they visited our home to better understand the damages and to capture the requisite information. Tad walked us through the process, engaged our homeowners insurance company, etc. and was able to reach a very favorable settlement within 2-3 weeks. Kelly was a Saint the night of the fire and helped us through the process. Tad and Kelly held our hands and understood how horrific it is to see your home go up in flames. I had the recent opportunity to work with Mr. Doyle on an insurance loss. The carrier was unresponsive and looked for every opportunity to not pay the claim. I stumbled upon Tad Doyle after posting online that I was looking for a contractor to fix my bathroom from a water leak. I mentioned I was working with my homeowners, and I knew I had to find someone extremely reasonable as the insurance company was not looking to give me much for the damages, if any. I was flooded with recommendations to contact Tad Doyle and before I could even get a chance, he found me and reached out. He was here the very next day, reviewed my damages and my policy and to my surprise he said he would take it from there and handle the insurance company, get the appraisal of damages and BOOM! Within days my insurance company suddenly is covering my damages and I am receiving almost 3X's what they were even "thinking" about paying, "if" anything at all.
